Weinberg has been coaching senior executives and consulting for business leaders since 1993. In 1986, while still in graduate school, he cofounded his first start-up business, Laser Press Desktop Publishing, which was sold to CopyMat. He is one of fewer than 100 people worldwide certified as a “Nine Domains” facilitator through the Enneagram Institute. He also is active in local service projects and has served as board president for nonprofit CVE, Inc.
