Esposito writes and speaks on a wide variety of topics promoting philanthropic values, vision, and excellence across generations of donor families. She founded the Council on Foundations’ family philanthropy program during her tenure there as a vice president. Esposito has served on numerous philanthropic boards and advisory committees. She currently is a member of Independent Sector's Ethics and Accountability Committee and the Ethics Working Group of the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation. She was the editor of both “Splendid Legacy: The Guide to Creating Your Family Foundation” and “The Family Foundation Library.”
